Mental journal : A Journey to Enlightenment

     The original mind is pure, boundless, without trace of birth, without dissolution, unchanging.

      Ignorance is the shadow that gradually covers the human mind, making us forget the profound truth of life. We become trapped in the prison of body and thought, like prisoners chained by illusion, viewing the world through the narrow perspective of self.

      The consciousness of ego is like a small bird in a cage-possessing the power of awareness, yet confined by the walls of delusion. It observes all events like an impartial judge, yet in truth remains shrouded in ignorance.

      All things are merely ripples in the ocean of existence-impermanent, changing, empty-arising and ceasing. When the knowing mind frees itself from attachment to conditioned phenomena, abandoning the illusory fabrications of self, revealing the original mind, all of nature merges into one-boundless, undivided.

      True peace will emerge. This is the genuine revelation of the pure mind. From darkness to the light of wisdom, from attachment to letting go, releasing suffering into true freedom.

 จิตเดิมแท้นั้นบริสุทธิ์ ไร้ขอบเขต ไม่มีร่องรอยของการเกิด ไม่มีการดับสลาย ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง

อวิชชา เป็นเงามืดที่ค่อยๆ ปกคลุมจิตใจมนุษย์ไว้ ทำให้เราหลงลืมความจริงอันลึกซึ้งของชีวิต เราติดอยู่ในกรงขังของร่างกาย และความคิด ดุจดังนักโทษผู้ถูกโซ่ตรวนแห่งมายาล่ามไว้ มองโลกผ่านความคิดอันคับแคบของตัวตน

จิตสำนึกของอัตตา จึงคล้ายกับนกน้อยในกรงขัง มีพลังแห่งการรับรู้ แต่ถูกกั้นไว้ด้วยกำแพงแห่งความหลง เฝ้าสังเกตเหตุการณ์ทั้งหมด ดุจดังผู้พิพากษาที่เที่ยงธรรม แต่แท้จริงแล้ว กลับถูกห่อหุ้มไว้ด้วยอวิชชา ทุกสิ่งล้วนเป็นเพียงระลอกคลื่นในมหาสมุทรแห่งการดำรงอยู่ ไม่เที่ยง แปรเปลี่ยน ว่างเปล่า เกิดขึ้นและดับไป

เมื่อจิตผู้รู้ ปลดปล่อยตนเองจากการยึดมั่นในสังขาร สละทิ้งการปรุงแต่งแห่งตัวตนอันเป็นมายา เปิดเผยจิตเดิมแท้ ธรรมชาติทั้งปวงจะหลอมรวมเป็นหนึ่ง ไร้ขอบเขต จากความมืดสู่แสงสว่างแห่งปัญญา จากความยึดมั่นสู่การปล่อยวาง ปลดเปลื้องความทุกข์สู่อิสระอย่างแท้จริง
